Whispering Chi
Whispering Chi is a movement and meditation class that teaches techniques designed to improve balance, stamina, flexibility, energy, inner calmness and relieve stress.
Fluid, flowing motions and calming music are intertwined with breathing techniques and simple exercise to create a positive approach to finding and using our own chi. The techniques taught are useful for all individuals, and are adaptable for use when physical limitations are present.
Class ends with a short meditation; a moment of quiet reflection to center ones thoughts and find the peace and calmness that is in all of us.
