 Independence Day Parade

Lets Get this Parade started!
Of course we must have VIP elected men on the scene! What would our celebration be without them? They are what make our city GREAT!

The ceremonies begin in front of City Hall with a sparkling rendition God Bless America, then America the Beautiful and a third number I cannot remember. Email anyone?

Cheering Fans - this crowd is really having a good time! The bleachers made for lots of good views in the prime spot in front of City Hall.

This a very historic place to be seen on this momentous day.

I took this picture because of the people on the upper floors of the
building. During my history research, I recall seeing phootgraphs with onlookers
above the crowd in windows. I'm really striving for classic realism here.

Sometimes - you just gotta photograph money. Now - if only I could fit it all in my pocket.

The eloquence of this historic building shines EVERYDAY.

ALA -Peanut Butter- SANDWICHES! I really enjoyed talking to these folks. We all had a very memorable conversation about the fountain in front of Scontsas. It looks remarkably like a fountain that is pictured on Main Street in the 1800's. I will put a link here soon to the photo in which I am talking about. Check back soon!
I have many more photos that were taken on 35mm and large format cameras. The processing and reproduction of them takes quite a bit longer to get online. All the ones here were taken on digital. If you would like an email to let you know they are up - follow this link.
